Read the case study on page 402 of the text and answer the following questions:

1.     Examine the various digital strategies listed in Section 13-5. Discuss each one in terms of a po-tential strategy for Bluefly.

 

2.     Because customers cannot try on the clothes before they are purchased, how can Bluefly as-sure customers to go ahead and make a purchase?

 

3.     Examine the social media strategies discussed in Section 13-6. How can Bluefly.com use each of these strategies to promote its website? Provide at least one example for each.

 

4. What is your evaluation of the Bluefly website and their overall business approach?
